We are looking for a vibrant, enthusiastic house manager who thrives under pressure and can think outside the box to find solutions to a challenge. You will be responsible for the day to day running of a house that has a challenging individual needing 24/7 support. The role has flexibility, challenges but ultimately the sense of achievement is what will drive you on to achieve bigger results
The Company
Established in 1989, Anheddau is a not for profit, charitable Organisation which empowers adults with support needs to live fulfilled lives in North West Wales. Anheddau has been at the forefront of Social Care for over 30 years.
It was established as a provider of support services to actively support people to maximise their potential in their communities and has consequently developed a wealth of experience over thirty years of working in this field.
Working in social care is rewarding but we recognise that it can also be challenging. Every employee has a line manager, and there is an on call system.
Team meetings are a great opportunity to discuss issues and share ideas with your team and quite often any solutions are presented by the teams themselves. Each employee sees the Chief Executive at Staff Forum where they can ask any questions, feedback or offer suggestions.
As well as this the Corporate Services Team can assist you with any Learning and Development, Health and Safety, Information Technology, navigating our policies and wider support issues you may have.

We are using Contract as our legal basis for processing, which means we can use your details and information so that we may assess your suitability for employment with us, as well as carry out our statistical analysis of recruitment.
Why do we collect this information and who do we share it with?
